At The Traditional Vintage Flower Company we take pride in recreating a level of service and style from a bygone age. We are not ‘mass-market’ or just rigidly stuck in a limited catalogue of designs. At The Traditional Vintage Flower Company we take pride in our traditional approach of using vintage materials; all in the creation of a thoroughly bespoke design for each individual. That’s not to say that we’re afraid of the modern, far from it, we add a modern twist to many of our designs to produce something really special and distinctive. So at The Traditional Vintage Flower Company, you will find traditional levels of service, quality and attention to detail, vintage and off-beat materials and bespoke designs that are all wrapped up into a unique floral creation just for you or that someone special.

The Traditional Vintage Flower Company is about the creative design of the floral arrangement. Each client receives a unique floral gift, lovingly handmade, that meets their and only their requirements. The key to this is the personal touch where time is spent making sure that the floral gift is right for you right from the outset. Add to this a passion for flowers and floral design along with a genuine desire to make the gift truly special.

We are a young company but with a considerable experience in design, event co-ordination and marketing. So whatever event you require floral designs for, big or small, formal or casual, you can be sure that every aspect is catered for.

The Traditional Vintage Collection is not limited to these however and we’re always keen to help with any kind of event where floral designs can add that extra sparkle and really mark the occasion. We’d also be more than happy to provide guidance beyond just the floral arrangements and have many contacts in other areas of event management.

Where Are We?

The Traditional Vintage Flower Company is based in the Essex countryside near the sea in the lovely town of Maldon. We love the countryside and want to keep it that way by being as green as possible. With that in mind we keep a keen eye on mileages, both the travel that the flowers do before going into our designs and the travel the designs do when we deliver. So, unfortunately, we can only cover a small portion of England before distances become an issue. From our base, we are happy to deliver to the whole of Essex, Herts, Suffolk, Kent and the East of London as standard with slightly long distances depending on the event and design considered.

If you live outside these areas then we will be looking to extend, in an efficient as possible way, in the near future. If you live within these areas then you can also be sure that the designs will contain the freshest of flowers delivered with the least stress and handling as possible.

We’re loving traditional vintage bouquets and hand-tieds at the moment, along with stunning table centrepieces and traditional vintage hat-boxes filled with roses so sumptuous you could eat them! You can see some of these in the Gallery below; just remember, these were all produced for each individual concerned and are not a catalogue design. So you can choose something you like and add or remove as you will or come to us for something completely different.
